Is Starstuff Travel by Chris and Lauren an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner?
Yes, Christopher and Lauren Bowser are affiliated with Starstuff Travel. The agency’s knowledge of Disney products has earned the distinction of being named an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. We were given this special designation by Disney as a result of Starstuff Travel agency’s ongoing focus and commitment to planning customized, magical trips to the Disney Parks, Disney Cruise Line and other Disney vacation destinations worldwide. We are passionate Disney fans that work hard to exceed our client’s expectations!
Will I be required to pay a deposit for vacation?
The same deposit is required if you book through us or Disney Directly. All payments are made on behalf of your Travel Advisor directly to Disney.
Will I receive a confirmation number from Disney?
Yes! All of our Disney Vacations are booked directly through Disney!
Can I contact Disney directly to change or cancel my reservation?
Whether making a change, or in the event you need to cancel your reservation, please contact your Travel Advisor. Your Travel Advisor is responsible for making any necessary changes to your reservation. All advanced dining reservations and fastpass+ reservations can be adjusted by you or your Travel Advisor!
Will I be required to pay a fee to reserve my vacation through Starstuff Travel by Chris and Lauren?
No, Starstuff Travel by Chris and Lauren does not charge a service fee for any of our concierge services. We receive our commissions from Disney or the vendor directly at no increase in cost to you.
What if a promotion is released after I have booked my trip with your agency?
Each morning a new promotion is released Chris and Lauren will work hard to apply promotions to all of their clients’ eligible reservations,
Can you make Advanced Dining Reservations for me?
We are happy to help in all planning stages of your Disney vacation. Our Travel Advisors can provide dining recommendations and then make your arrangements 60 days prior to check-in at 6 AM, ET.
